I'm Sylvia, a certified musical theater singer with a teaching qualification, and I can't wait to guide you in discovering and developing your voice. I completed my studies in 2001 at the Leipzig University of Music and Theater and have since gathered many years of stage experience across various productions, from musical to pop. For many years I've taught at the SIRIUS Music School, giving one-on-one vocal lessons with passion. My lessons tie solid technique to creative expression: together we work on your breathing, healthy posture, and consciously feeling your vocal placement. Step by step we develop your own sound, expand your range, and build a repertoire that fits you. My long experience is in one-on-one vocal lessons, where I guide singers of every level, from beginners to students prepping for auditions. I work holistically, tying breath technique, posture, and feeling the vocal placement into an individual learning process. My lessons are tuned to each student's personal goals and tastes, whether for the joy of singing or professional prep. It matters especially to me that my students discover their own sound and expand their vocal possibilities with real enjoyment. Song interpretation and building a fitting repertoire play a central role in my method.
