I'm Tobias, and I teach electric guitar at the SIRIUS Music School – with passion, experience and one clear goal: that you play more of what you actually want to play. With a master's in music education and several years of teaching experience, I guide teenagers and adults along their musical path, from their first chords to demanding improvisations. My own background runs from rock through jazz to neo soul, and that range feeds straight into my teaching. My approach is practical and creative: first we play, then we understand the concepts behind it – that way technique, rhythm, harmony and expression develop organically and stick. Whether you want to learn your favourite songs, see through keys and voicings, or grow stylistically: I shape the lessons so that every minute on the instrument is engaging, full of lightbulb moments and moves you forward quickly. Together we'll build a path that fits your goals – individual, motivating and with plenty of room for your own creative decisions.

I've taught guitar for several years, privately and at a public music school, working with children, teenagers and adults. My lessons are tailored to your goals: from learning your favourite songs through improvisation and music theory to preparing for performances.
