Twenty-five years in, and I still get a kick out of watching a riff finally click for someone. I'm Ritchie, a passionate guitarist and music educator who's been teaching for over 25 years. At SIRIUS Music School I work with every level, from first-timers to advanced players, and I'd love to come along on your musical journey. My aim is to keep things personal and hands-on, so learning feels genuinely inspiring. Together we'll dig into the world of music, whether that's funky grooves, rocking riffs, or melodic playing techniques. In our trial lesson I'll find out what matters to you and lay the groundwork for where you want to go. Ear training, expression in your playing, and really understanding chords are all central to that. I've gathered a ton of valuable experience over my career, and I bring it straight into the lessons to help you grow effectively and have fun doing it. Let's reach your musical goals together!

I've been teaching for over 25 years across all kinds of settings. My lessons are hands-on and built around each student's needs. I bring loads of experience working with learners of every age, from beginners to advanced players. With custom examples and play-alongs, I keep things fun and motivating on the instrument and help students reach their musical goals step by step. Folding in music theory and ear training is part of my approach too, to deepen real musical understanding.
