Vocals
I'm Howard, a trained opera singer and voice teacher with over ten years of teaching experience. My path led me from the University of Leeds to the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, where I completed my studies in opera and vocal pedagogy. Since 2016 I've taught at the SIRIUS Music School, and I love working with beginners and advanced singers alike. My lessons tie solid knowledge of vocal anatomy and breathing technique to a personal approach: I want to understand how your voice works physiologically and what goals you're chasing, whether you want to sing classical arias, try musical theater, or interpret pop songs. Technique, expression, and healthy vocal use are at the center. It matters to me to create a positive, supportive atmosphere where you feel comfortable and stay motivated. Together we lay the fundamentals, build your skills in a structured way, and work toward audible progress and real joy in singing.

"Want to unfold your voice and reach your singing goals? I shape lessons entirely around your needs, explain the fundamentals of breathing and vocal anatomy, and create a positive atmosphere where you feel safe and motivated to grow."
I've taught singing for more than ten years and love working with both beginners and advanced singers. In my teaching I try to understand each person's individual physiology, so we can master different challenges in the best way. It matters to me to understand what my students want to achieve, so I can tune the lessons to their needs and expectations. My approach is grounded in my training in vocal pedagogy and vocal anatomy, which lets me teach solid knowledge of breathing and voice development. I also believe a positive, supportive atmosphere is essential, so my students feel as ready as possible to learn and progress.
