I'm Giuliette, a trained jazz singer with an honours degree from the South African College of Music and seven years of intensive vocal study. As an award-winning musician I spent years working full-time on stage and in the studio, and I love showing you what makes singing actually work, whether you're just starting out or deepening your artistry. At SIRIUS Music School I build every lesson to motivate you and keep your own goals front and center. My approach pairs solid technique with creative freedom: we'll work on breath control, intonation, musical confidence, and vocal clarity, always aiming for you to develop your own unmistakable sound. I got my start in vocal teaching as a choir director back in college, coaching singers through technique, phrasing, breath control, and intonation. I work with beginners as well as advanced singers looking to deepen their artistry, with a real focus on healthy technique, the stylistic nuance of jazz and contemporary singing, and the development of an individual sound. Seven years of formal jazz training and my work as a professional performer gave me a deep well of knowledge that I'm excited to pass on. My approach is supportive, inspiring, and shaped completely around each student's personal goals.
