You're the focus here, not some textbook. I'm a guitarist, music producer, and passionate teacher with more than 30 years on stage and in lessons. I picked up the guitar at eleven and later toured across Europe as a live and studio guitarist, including for names like Fred Wesley, Cunnie Williams, and Mousse T. Stylistically I'm all over the map, moving between rock, pop, jazz, funk, and plenty more. I've taught electric guitar, guitar, and ukulele since 1993, full-time at music schools since 2011, and now at SIRIUS Music School too. I'll hand you the tools for your level, support at your own pace, and the feedback you actually need, so you can make the music that truly moves you. Chords, rhythm, technique, or expression: my lessons pair solid fundamentals with room to create. Theory and reading music are part of it, but they always serve the playing, because above all it should be fun and move you forward.

I've been teaching since 1993 and full-time since 2011. I teach one-on-one and group lessons plus band coaching for guitar, electric guitar, and ukulele across styles like rock, pop, jazz, funk, and soul. I fold theory and reading music into the lessons in a hands-on way, because the joy of playing always comes first for me.
