Music gets better when you share it, and that's exactly what I love about teaching. I'm Agnethe, a trained singer, songwriter, and producer with a bachelor's in voice, vocal coaching, and songwriting from the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus. At SIRIUS Music School I work with teens and adults, and I care just as much about helping you build technique and expression as about helping you find your own musical voice. My roots are in jazz, but I've worked across loads of genres by now and I'm open to just about anything. Maybe you want to fine-tune your breathing, write your own songs, or simply sing more freely and confidently. Whatever it is, I'll shape the lessons around you and your goals. I also do improv comedy, which tends to make my teaching playful and creative. I can't wait to meet you and figure out together how to get your voice ringing.

I teach voice with a focus on jazz and pop, and I especially love working with adults. My training as a singer, songwriter, and producer feeds straight into my lessons, which cover both the technical basics and creative work like songwriting. Sharing my love of music matters to me, and so does letting my students inspire me right back. I stay open to different genres and tailor each lesson to your taste and goals, and I happily bring in elements from my experience with musical theater and performance.
