Music has been with me since I was five, starting at the piano, which is still my most important way of expressing myself. I'm Benjamin. Over two decades I worked through classical piano lessons, jazz, and improvisation, and dug deep into music theory. Today I work as a music producer and audio engineer, and I teach piano, keyboard, and music production at the SIRIUS Music School. My lessons connect technique with creativity: I want to help you discover and shape your own playing style, whether you want to accompany yourself, understand chords and harmony, or produce your own tracks. Two principles guide me: you should never have to play anything that doesn't bring you joy, and you can only play what you can imagine. Learning to hear is learning to play! My goal is for you to move forward with motivation and fun, because to me, the joy of playing is the single most important factor in real progress. Let's find out together what moves you forward!

I teach piano, digital piano, music production, and music theory, with a special focus on finding your own style and embracing musical variety. In my lessons I help singers accompany themselves at the instrument, for example, and I work across genres, from classical to jazz and improvisation to pop, hip hop, and electronic music. I put a lot of weight on keeping the joy of playing at the center, because to me that's the most important engine for progress. My method blends my long experience at the piano with my background as a producer and audio engineer, so I can support students as whole musicians. Music theory and learning to hear are central in my lessons too, because what I can imagine, I can play.
