I'm Perikles, a guitarist, music producer, and instructor with around 40 years of teaching behind me. My musical path began with studies at the University of Munich, where I studied classical guitar, harmony, arranging, and music history. Since then I've dug deep into folk, pop, rock, and jazz, played in all kinds of lineups, and spent plenty of time on stage. Today I teach at the SIRIUS Music School and bring my hands-on experience straight into lessons, whether on acoustic guitar, electric guitar, or in music production and audio engineering. In my own recording studio I lay down music regularly, and during school holidays professional studios book me for sessions. My lessons are tailored to your needs, wishes, and goals: whether you're just starting with your first chords or already advanced and refining technique, expression, and improvisation, I walk your musical path with you step by step.

I've taught guitar in every style for around 40 years, from classical to folk, pop, and rock to jazz. I work with beginners and advanced players alike, paying close attention to each student's individual needs and wishes. My lessons blend solid classical training with hands-on experience from many musical lineups and my work as a studio musician. Beyond instrumental teaching, I cover harmony, arranging, and music theory to build a well-rounded musical understanding. And thanks to my long studio experience, aspects of music production and audio engineering flow into my lessons too.
