I'm Philipp, a passionate guitarist and musicologist with over 8 years of teaching experience. The guitar has been with me for most of my life, and nothing fulfills me more than sharing my love of this versatile instrument with others. My studies in musicology at the Humboldt University of Berlin gave me not just a deep understanding of music but also showed me how important a personalized approach to teaching is. I teach at the SIRIUS Music School and offer both classical and steel-string guitar, from traditional pieces to modern genres and music production. My lessons orient around your individual learning style and tie technical skills to musical understanding: chords, rhythm, keys, or improvisation, I flex to your level and coach you so you not only learn to play but also discover your own musical voice.
