Published figures here change with who is asking: the college sorts a student into one of two categories before it prints a number. Ours works differently. Second Ave. Suite 300 from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
Alpena Public Schools owns the definition that decides who counts as a district resident, and Alpena Community College repeats its wording: a graduate of Alpena High School, or a resident of six months in that district. A singing lesson asks for neither. The youngest find pitch through play and simple tunes. A voice in its teens keeps working through the change, and the coach plans around it.
