The catalog here separates two identical courses by a quantity billed in time: four of practice for one course and twelve for the other. A counter tied to a teaching calendar closes when teaching stops. Riverton City Hall at 816 N. Federal Blvd. answers 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, which is a different grid again. The school itself therefore sets out your slot, and the two grids trade places on you.
Of the three community courses that pair with a college one, exactly one asks for a hearing: MUSC 1391 requires a hearing for placement, while MUSC 1404 takes singers without one and MUSC 1453 asks for no prior experience. The withdrawal of a requirement is stated in each line rather than assumed. Jeremy Cochran, DMA, Assistant Professor of Music at the college, teaches applied lessons in brass and voice. The 942-seat theater of the Robert A. Peck Arts Center, in a building of 1983, is the hall those groups use. St. Margaret's Catholic Church at 618 E. Fremont Avenue lists a Church Choir, and the Riverton Branch Library at 1330 W Park Ave opens Monday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The city's own accounting divides its rooms by roof: meeting rooms inside City Hall at no charge to citizens, and a park reservation at a non-refundable $30.00 from the City of Riverton, unconfirmed until the fee arrives.
