Palomar's Howard Brubeck Theatre carries much of the local performance calendar. What the city has less of is private vocal instruction, and that is the gap SIRIUS Music School fills.
Singers here rehearse in ensembles but rarely get an hour that belongs to their own voice alone. That hour is what changes things.
